On a belter of a pitch at NPL Nomads elected to bat first and needed to have scored somewhat quicker than they did declaring so that NPL had a potential 39 overs.A score more like 260/270 would have challenged them a bit more.Teenager Pitts did give two chances early on but then played a fluent and ever more powerful innings that left run machine Churchman very much second fiddle. With a lot of batting we would perhaps have been better placed to chase a total ourselves. Full report and scorecard on website shortly.
