                 An Unfortunate Wash Out

A powerful Nomads side batted first and were well contained by most of the Police bowlers with the exception of Ali. However having lost only two wiclets Nomads were well placed to launch a serious assault for the last 14 overs. However the rain became heavier, tea was taken early but there was no  easing of the rain until many hours later as the last Nomads left the bar.

Paul Maloney and Kelvin Sutherland also came along to watch and drink.
