Cloud hosted email enables you to do everything you currently do with email, contacts and calendars, but will enable you to do it from anywhere.

It means you can also still set up your account in Outlook [or whichever desktop mail client you use] or on your smart phone, but your inbox, sent and deleted items will automatically synchronise regardless of which devise or application you use.

Furthermore, all your emails [sent, inbox, etc] and contacts are stored securely and backed up online to give you peace of mind if your computer is lost through fire or theft.

All your existing contacts and email can be imported into your cloud hosted platform too.

Our cloud hosted platform also comes with shared calendar and contact features, plus a 250MB Microsoft Sharepoint platform, so you can share documents and date between your users and others you give permission to view or edit. If you currently use Exchange to handle your mail, we can provide this facility through the cloud, although in practice quite a number of businesses who have used Exchange in a conventional set up, realise that they no longer need it with the features available through our standard set up in the cloud and are saving a great deal of money as a result.

Being cloud based, the software is hosted in the cloud and as a user, you can enjoy the benefits of not having to worry about the infrastructure costs associated with running Exchange locally via a server in your office.

We ensure the system does not crash, fall over, get attacked or any of the other things that could happen to prevent your business from communicating.

We can set up cloud based email for you on a per user basis, with any number of users. In addition to an annual charge for hosting your domain [see our domain hosting section] we charge a one-off figure of £150 plus VAT to set up and configure your email settings for you, and a cost of £36 plus VAT per year per user [NB: If you require 10 or more users initially, you'll only pay £25 plus VAT per year per user for your initial batch of mailboxes]. If you use Exchange, the cost is £120 plus VAT per year per user.
