Hosting your Domain

You can't be doing business effectively in this day and age if your e-mail or web address is down regularly or the support you get is unreliable. Professional Domain Hosting and and Management is essential. We always try and provide solutions tailored to your needs.

We normally host both the email and web site for a domain, but we are just as happy to only host your web site, and will liaise with your current domain host/email supplier to get them to point the A record for your domain to our web servers. This is very straightforward to do.

For email, we provide a cloud hosted email platform which gives your users 10BG mailboxes, unlimited archiving, spam and virus protection and other great features, including a shared calendar and 250MB sharepoint [like a mini intranet].

Once you have registered a domain, it has to be hosted on a server connected to the Internet in order for you to use the permanent e-mail and web addresses that a domain entitles you to use [ie info@web-marketing.co.uk and www.web-marketing.co.uk].

Fo web sites, we provide a cloud based, easy to use content managament systems. Your site can consist of just one page, or it can be a full blown multi-page, database driven web site.

We will tailor a package to suit your needs and will then set up a "skin" for your web site, create some initial pages, and will show you how to edit them and add to them. You simply sign in, make your changes and hit "save" - it's that simple as many of our clients will testify.

Costs start from £65 plus VAT per annum for our basic hosting service with one page, and we also provide a small business package for £250 plus VAT per annum, but most clients use our full Domain Hosting and Management Service which incopororates hosting with content management system and unlimited support "on tap".  This costs from £545 plus VAT per annum, but we normally try and create a specific package for you that suits your needs and budget.

We charge a one-off fee of £150 plus VAT to set up your cloud based email services, plus £36 plus VAT per user per year.
