Domain Registration or Transfer
Registering and owning your own domain name is very important as it means that you have total control over your own destiny - your domain web and e-mail addresses are permanent and can be placed in letterheads, adverts, brochures and directories without ever having to worry about changing them. We will register your domain for you, or if you have already registered a domain with another ISP, will arrange for your domain to be pointed to our nameservers/transferred to us and will activate your domain e-mail and domain web site addresses. NB: some ISPs will charge you an admin fee for releasing a domain.

Domain Hosting - E-mail
We will set up your domain e-mail accounts so that they either work as POP3 accounts using your current dial up service, or are forwarded to your current dial up service e-mail account [ie yourgolfclub@aol.com], and will also give you access to an easy to use control panel that enables you to edit existing accounts and to add new ones. You will not need to change your current dial up service provider, [ie BT, AOL etc] but although you will still be able to receive e-mail addressed to your dial up service e-mail account, DO NOT continue to promote your BT, AOL etc address pro-actively. You do not own it and if you change suppliers, you will lose it. You should only promote your domain e-mail address.

Domain Hosting - Web Site with Content Management System
We will set up your domain web space/address and create a template - or skin - for your web site, add content for you and then show you how to edit and manage your web site. You do NOT need any web design or html skills. We train you using our innovative new on-line video demonstrations and are always here at the end of the phone to help you if you need it.

In this day and age, it is madness for you to have to employ someone with special skills in order to make basic changes to a website. In essence, you simply sign in, choose the page you want to edit and make your changes. Any member of your staff will be able to do this from any location, and no software has to be loaded onto your system.

The system includes comprehensive site visitor statistics and the ability to set up titles, descriptions and keywords for search engines.

Normally we host your domain's email and web site, but if you prefer you can keep your domain and email where it is and simply point your domain's A record to our nameservers. Costs for the basic content management system start from £350 plus VAT per annum.

E-Commerce
If you want to sell products on-line, we can upgrade you to an e-commerce system, with your own shop and secure server for an additional charge of between £250 - £350 plus VAT per annum, depending on which shop system you require. If you don't have your own credit card facilities to process orders we can arrange this for you. 

Production Services
Professional design and easy to use navigation is important. Experience has taught us that it is easier for you to add to something that is already there, than simply to be left with a blank canvas and some instructions, so we usually recommend that we create the initial site for you, and then show you how to update it. We make a one-off charge to set an initial site up from material supplied, and although sites vary, as a guide we should be able to produce a really professional looking site for between £500 - £2,000. If you only need a very basic site with a few pages, this could even be as low as £250. If you would like us to continue to edit and update your site for you, we will do so on a bureau style basis on an hourly contract rate of £75 per hour.

Site Marketing
It is important that results match your expectations! Our standard domain/e-mail/website management service includes a basic site submission service designed to get you started, but for spectacular results, you may need to look at our bespoke service centred around selecting key phrases that users might type into a search engine in order to find your web site, creating/optimizing gateway pages with site titles, descriptions and keywords and submitting them to all leading search engines on a regular basis. This costs an additional £350 plus VAT pa.
